Lata Bhagwan Kare and Naveen Deshaboina walked the pink carpet at Planet Marathi Filmfare (Marathi) Awards 2021. Lata Bhagwan Khare, a 65-year-old resident of a small village, ran the Baramati Marathon to win cash for her husband’s therapy. Her inspiring story was tailored into a movie by Naveen Deshaboina. Lata has been nominated for Critics’ awards for Finest Actor (Feminine) whereas Naveen has been nominated for 2 awards, Finest Debut Director and Critics’ Award for Finest Movie for Lata Bhagwan Kare.
Filmfare held the sixth version of the Filmfare Awards Marathi on 31st March 2022 to have fun the best performances from the Marathi Movie Business. There was double the thrill as this version of the awards honoured Marathi Movies launched between 2020-2021. The Filmfare Awards Marathi was hosted by Amey Wagh and Siddharth Jadhav.
