Former CIA Director and Secretary of Protection Leon Panetta responds to confirmations by US officers that Russia launched highly effective hypersonic missiles towards Ukraine final week, the primary identified use of such missiles in fight. Russia claimed it deployed hypersonic missiles to destroy an ammunition warehouse in western Ukraine.
